The T Red is a special cuvée that reflects the lightness of South Tyrolean Vernatsch and the fruitiness of South Tyrolean Pinot Noir, as well as the fullness of Merlot. It is a fusion of tradition and history of South Tyrolean wine. In the glass, the T Rosso shows a ruby red color and a fruity bouquet of red berries and a hint of herbs. On the palate, there are notes of cherry, blackberry, and cassis, fruity, juicy, and pleasantly light.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLightly chilled, the T Cuvée Rosso is a good accompaniment to appetizers and cold cuts, and pairs well with typical Tyrolean dishes, as well as pizza, pasta, and grilled food. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCantina Tramin – Winemaking \u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 vintage began with a mild winter and a particularly early, abundant bloom. The summer was changeable: a warm to hot June was followed by a cool, rainy July, before a very warm August rapidly advanced the ripening of the grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe harvest started much earlier than usual in many places and was short, intense, and demanding. However, thanks to the small holdings of our member families, their great flexibility, and careful manual harvesting, the grapes could be brought in exactly at the optimal time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 vintage red wines are juicy and fresh, some with great aging potential – especially the Pinot Noir shows a lot of depth and development possibilities. The white wines are somewhat lighter than in previous years, with moderate alcohol, lively acidity, and a clear, fruity style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines for this Cantina Tramin T Cuvée Red grow on lime and gravelly clay soils on hillsides between 250 to 550 m above sea level. The grapes were harvested at the time of their respective optimal physiological ripeness and brought to the winery building in small containers.
