The Blanc de Noir has aromas of quince, mirabelle plums and ripe vineyard peach and possesses a subtle herbaceous spice. This wonderfully aromatic, very juicy Blanc de Noir has an excellent drinkability with delicate acidity and a moderate alcohol content.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Pflüger Blanc de Noir is harmonious and boasts a good acid structure, which is wonderfully buffered by a touch of fruit sweetness. It pairs with a wide variety of dishes and leaves a lasting impression. Its appealing character and delicate pink color make it a perfect companion to light meals, vegetarian cuisine, or fish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003ePflüger – Winemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines for this Blanc de Noir, partly from Weingut Pflüger and partly from friendly organic winemakers, grow in biodynamically and organically managed vineyards on variegated sandstone and quartzite soils in the Palatinate. To harvest ripe grapes in autumn, winemaker Alexander Pflüger has been working according to biodynamic principles since 2008, refraining from artificial fertilizers, as well as herbicides and insecticides, following the course of the seasons and the moon, and working as close to nature as possible. Weingut Pflüger is Demeter certified.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe harvesting of the grapes often takes place in several picking passes. In the winery's press house, located opposite the salt works in Bad Dürkheim, the grapes are gently processed further. The mash is pressed with gentle pressure and the must is spontaneously fermented.
