This was followed by major renovation work at the winery and the newly designed guest rooms, but the upheaval went much deeper. Christian Steitz found his own style, increasingly taking more natural approaches to winemaking, experimenting with orange wines and Prädikatsweine. A great development that we have been fortunate to witness for more than 15 years. Straightforward, unpretentious, and authentic with a clear focus on the essentials – these are wines from the Steitz winery.
