Christmas Soap Cranberries is a festively packaged scented soap from Castelbel Porto, which smells fruity-tart of red cranberries – warm and sweet like a homemade cake from Grandma's oven. The 150g soap from Portugal is based on vegetable oils. It belongs to the Christmas series Christmas Sing-Along, whose paper bears a song: "All I want for Christmas is you".

Fruity-tart like a winter cake

The Cranberries soap smells fruity, juicy and festive, of red berries, like a warm cake with cranberries on Christmas Eve.

It is that fruity scent that one associates with cinnamon stars, punch and candlelight, a little tart, a little sweet.

It is wrapped in coral-red paper with white writing, plus a tag with white flowers and a green twig reminiscent of fresh fir green. The lines of the Christmas song run across the entire paper, which one almost sings along to when unwrapping. Castelbel and the art of soap making from Porto

Castelbel, the Portuguese soap brand, was founded in 1999 in Castêlo da Maia near Porto, where soap making has a tradition dating back over 300 years.

It was founded by Aquiles Barros, a chemistry professor and former employee of the Ach Brito soap factory. From the beginning, he focused on soaps made from 100% vegetable base, European fragrances and pure manual work in stamping and packaging, as Aquiles Barros stipulated at the start.
