Klumpp Winery – from Baden

Klumpp Winery is located in Baden. It was founded in Bruchsal in 1983 by Ulrich and Marietta Klumpp. Initially, winemaking began in a "garage" in the backyard. Since 1990, the winery has been in its own new building. Klumpp has been working organically since 1996. Markus Klumpp has been responsible for the wines since 2004. He is married to winemaker Meike Näkel from the Meyer-Näkel Winery; both met while studying viticulture in Geisenheim. This also led to the Hand in Hand series, a collaboration between the two wineries.
