Blå – alcohol-free

Character and Aroma

Blå presents itself dry, with clear tea tannins and an almost steely acidity. In the glass, it opens up aromas of stewed plum, black olive, cedar wood, and a hint of tobacco leaf. The perlage is fine and long-lasting, the mouthfeel present. This is not a fruit drink — this is tea that rivals champagne in quality.

When to Serve It

As an accompaniment to red meat, game dishes, strong cheese, or dark chocolate. Blå is also the right choice for a sushi menu when you need non-alcoholic wine depth. Serve neat in a tall flute or a fine white wine glass, well chilled at 6–8 °C.

Behind the Label: Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company

Sommelier Jacob Kocemba founded the manufactory in Copenhagen to create a non-alcoholic accompaniment with wine complexity.
