EGGspander Kit Large

The EGGspander Kit is the most extensive expansion system for the Big Green Egg. It combines the ConvEGGtor Basket, two half ConvEGGtor stones, two half stainless steel grids, and a grid raiser to form a multi-level cooking station.

Application

With the EGGspander, you can cook on two levels and in two temperature zones simultaneously. For example: direct grilling for steaks on the lower level, indirect cooking for vegetables or pizza on the upper level. The halved heat deflectors allow for a direct and an indirect zone in parallel — you operate the Egg like a small professional kitchen.

Suitable for the following models

This kit is dimensioned precisely for the Big Green Egg Large. Other Egg sizes require the appropriate EGGspander variant.
