Mandarin Lemonade

Mandarin is the kinder, little sister of the orange — rounder, sweeter, with a floral note that elevates summer lemonade to another level. La Mortuacienne has dedicated a special variety to this character, which clearly sets it apart from orange lemonades.

Character and Aroma

In the glass, a delicate orange-red with fine carbonation. The nose immediately reveals ripe mandarin, a hint of mandarin blossom, and a subtle bitter orange in the background. On the palate, it's soft and sweet, with a fine acidity and a floral finish that is rarely achieved in a mandarin lemonade. A specialty that surprises even experienced lemonade drinkers.

When to Serve It

As a summer refreshment, as an aperitif mixer (especially good with non-alcoholic bitter aperitifs), as an accompaniment to Mediterranean starters and salads, or as an unusual juice alternative. Also suitable as a carbonated component in a mandarin punch. Serve at 6–8 °C.
