Dzin Bitter – alcohol-free

Dzin Bitter is the uncompromising bitter variant from the Geiger range — an alcohol-free answer to classic Italian bitter aperitifs, with a meadow orchard base and a distinctive vermouth line. If you want to seriously mix alcohol-free drinks, you can't ignore Dzin.

Character and Aroma

In the glass, deep amber to dark orange. The nose opens with bitter orange, vermouth, gentian, and a herbal depth reminiscent of good vermouth. On the palate, uncompromisingly bitter, with a slight sweetness from meadow fruit and a surprisingly long, spicy finish. Not a soft drink — an adult aperitif.

When it belongs in your glass

Neat over a large ice cube as an aperitif, with a little soda water and an orange slice as an alcohol-free Spritz cousin, or as a central component in an alcohol-free Negroni. Also as a seasoning component in cocktail mixtures where a real bitterness is needed. Serve at 8–10 °C in a tumbler.
