The baking and pizza stone is a round plate made of cordierite ceramic, which stores and releases heat particularly evenly. On it, a pizza bakes in 90 seconds at 300 degrees with the typical crispy crust — and bread, rolls, or tarte flambée bake just as well.

Application

Place the stone on the ConvEGGtor and preheat it to the target temperature for at least 30 minutes. The stone draws moisture from the dough and releases it as steam to the pizza — the secret behind the crispy crust. Flour the peel and quickly place the pizza on it — at 300 degrees, a Margherita only needs 60 to 90 seconds.
